The finals for the 2014 Figure Skating Grand Prix in Barcelona provided an impressive example of the optimal use of available space. For the final competition of the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating series, NUSSLI transformed the Centro Convenciones Internacionales de Barcelona in which the usual symposia, conferences and concerts take place, into a large ice-skating rink with a grandstand for more than 5,000 spectators, VIP boxes, media centers, wheelchair and camera pedestals, LED walls and, of course, a Kiss & Cry area.
