In order to meet the challenges of the market and global change, NUSSLI is strengthening its operational leadership and has appointed Winfried Schaller as the new CEO and successor to Martin Messner, who was in charge of the company's operations for the past few years. In future, Martin Messner will focus on his role as delegate of the board of directors.
"With Winfried Schaller, we now have an experienced CEO at the helm who possesses over twenty years of international experience. We are certain that he will successfully drive the further development of our company", said Hanspeter Diener, president of the board of directors at NUSSLI. The 52 year old Windfried Schaller possesses long-standing management experience in multi-national companies, most recently as the CEO of Vitasheet Group London (UK) / Aa-chen (D).
As delegate of the board of directors, Martin Messner will focus on the strategy and financing of the NUSSLI Group in the future. "We thank Martin A. Messner for his extraordinary commitment over the past years. He took over the leadership of the NUSSLI Group during a difficult phase and steered the company back on the track to success", said Hanspeter Diener, president of the board of directors.
With the expansion of its management, the NUSSLI Group is ensuring that the growth strategy it has embarked on can continue to be developed consistently.
