For the location of the first episode this year, ProSieben came up with something unusual; they let the girls walk on a catwalk at the top of a building in the middle of the Olympic Park in Munich. As there was little space on the roof for the catwalk and the guests, NUSSLI built several towers for the cameras, lighting and sound equipment next to the building.
A challenge for this project was to ensure the statics. Due to the height of the structures of up to 14 meters and the high weight of the installed technology, the towers needed a total of over 60 tons of ballast for stability.
