In preparation for the 35th America's Cup, takes place in Bermuda, the Swedish challenger, Artemis, transferred its team base to the British Overseas Territory in January 2016. NUSSLI realized a turnkey hall for the racing team. The main hall was built for working on the catamarans. Offices, conference rooms, and a gym are located on a mezzanine level.
