Successful Start to Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals 2016

Already on the first day of the race in St. Moritz, over 5,700 ski sports fans followed the descent and cheered the athletes on.

Beat Freuz, too, had reason to celebrate: He won the last downhill race of the season by a hair's breadth, beating the American Steven Nyman. Winning the silver medal, Swiss athlete Fabienne Suter secured herself second place in the downhill segment, second only to Lindsey Vonn.
While dismantling the event structures from the previous weekend in Lenzerheide, the NUSSLI team simultaneously built three platform installations with standing room for a total of 1950 spectators, several platforms for the media and equipment, and a stage for the World Cup Finals in St. Moritz — all within the span of eight days.
