Over the weekend of August 18 to 19, 2018, the FIM Motocross World Championship was held in Frauenfeld for the third time in succession. The international event was broadcast live on television. Participants raced along the "Schweizer Zucker" (lit: "Swiss sugar") circuit, which had the enthusiastic spectators cheering just as hard as in the previous years. NUSSLI built the sitting tribune for a total of 2,000 fans, including 400 VIP seats.
