In a construction period of only eight weeks, NUSSLI erected a fully functional alternative stadium for the second-division soccer team Fortuna Düsseldorf. After its useful life, the temporary venue was fully dismantled, and the material subsequently used for follow-up projects.
20,000 spectators found space in the temporary stadium on 12,500 seats and 7,500 standing places. The functional rooms for the teams were set up in fully equipped containers behind the main grandstand.
NUSSLI realized the construction of the temporary stadium in the Arena-Sportpark in modular construction. The material used was leased to the client for the duration of its use and then reused in other projects.
