Sturgeon caviar is one of the most exclusive foods in the world. How to use the warm Lötschberg water to grow tropical fruits and breed Siberian sturgeon has been the subject of an exhibition at Tropenhaus Frutingen since 2016. NUSSLI ensured the rapid and creative implementation of the concept for the new theme world.
