NUSSLI completed the new temporary stadium for the football club Real Zaragoza.

Real Zaragoza is getting a new home during the renovation of its traditional stadium: a modern, temporary stadium with space for 20,000 fans. NUSSLI is planning and building the facility together with construction partner MLN Mariano López Navarro – thus implementing the first project of its kind in Spain.

Fast, sustainable, and fan-friendly

Thanks to modular construction, the arena is being built in a very short time while still meeting the highest standards of comfort, safety, and functionality. The stands, technical and service areas are efficiently planned, prefabricated, and assembled on site. This ensures that the stadium remains not only flexible in use, but also sustainable in construction and reusability.

Kick-off for a new stadium era

The first home game in the temporary stadium will kick off in August 2025 – a milestone for Spanish football. With innovative technology and precise implementation, NUSSLI, together with MLN, is creating a solution that impressively combines a sporting atmosphere with construction innovation.
