Located in the heart of downtown Nuremberg, the “Förderturm” has been attracting attention since fall 2024—an experimental structure created as part of the Zukunftsmusik program. The scaffolding tower, built by NUSSLI, is more than just a temporary structure: it serves as a workshop, a kiosk, a meeting place, and a platform for new ideas in the urban space.

A Creative Framework with a Versatile Design

NUSSLI was responsible for the planning and construction of the modular tower structure, which was integrated flexibly and safely into the urban environment. Particularly striking is the textile façade, designed by artist Raul Walch: colorful panels of fabric inspired by the impressions of passersby. The “dress” is regularly renewed—ensuring that the tower remains in a state of flux and continually invites people to pause and reflect. A bold project that creates space for urban design and creative participation—executed with precision by NUSSLI.
