Spring heralds the start of the high season not only for wrestlers, but also for us. Three wrestling festivals were held in a temporary arena that we set up.
From 1 to 11 August 2024, Burgdorf was once again expecting a wrestling highlight eleven years after the 2013 Swiss Wrestling Festival, with three wrestling festivals taking place. The series started with the Oberaargau Wrestling Festival, followed by the Emmental Wrestling Festival and concluded with the Bernese Cantonal Wrestling Festival. Our arena was shaped like an octagon and offered almost 10,000 seats as well as just under 50 press seats.
