Putting People First: NUSSLI Integrates People & Culture into Group Management, Sending a Clear Signal. Since January 2026, Boban Atanasovski has been responsible for this area at the Group level as Chief People Officer (CPO). He has been part of the NUSSLI Group since 2020 and is now bringing his experience to the highest level of management.

A Statement of Commitment, Not a Personnel Matter

Major projects aren’t built on steel and logistics alone, but on the people who bring them to life—at 21 locations worldwide, in ever-changing teams, and under tight deadlines. This is exactly where the new role comes in. By integrating People & Culture into the Group Executive Board, NUSSLI is bringing this area to the very heart of strategic decision-making. The focus is on three goals: an internationally oriented talent strategy, greater organizational agility, and a strong, shared corporate culture across all locations—embodied by the people who work at NUSSLI shape their future.

Experience gained within the company

It’s no coincidence that this role has been entrusted to someone who has known the NUSSLI Group from the inside for years. Boban Atanasovski has been helping shape human resources since 2020 and understands what makes the business tick: the ability to turn an idea into a built experience and, time and again, bring the right people together to make it happen. In the Group Leader Going forward, he will work alongside Group CEO Andy Böckli, CFO Eric Bidie, COO of Event Structures Danilo Della Ca, COO of Special Projects Stefan Sekiguchi, and CTO Peter Dübendorfer.
