Sculpture of Kerim Seiler at Opening of Gotthard Base Tunnel

For the opening ceremony of the Gotthard Base Tunnel, the NUSSLI Group was commissioned by the Swiss artist and architect Kerim Seiler to build his on behalf of Mobiliar designed sculptures. At the north portal, it was a picnic area, that asked visitors to recline and enjoy and in the south, visitors were greeted by a spectacular pavilion, where meetings, conversations and live music was taking place. The main task of NUSSLI was the coordination and the development of the two sculptures.
