Implementation of the "Incidental Space" at the Biennale in Venice, Italy in May 2016.
On the occasion of the 15th International Architectural Biennale, Christian Kerez a Swiss architect designed a bizarre, incidental space for the Swiss Pavilion. In collaboration with the ETH and specialists in digital production facilities NUSSLI Group was responsible for the realisation and the timely completion of the object. This involved primarily the development of technical solutions to pre-product the object in its extreme form out of shotcrete, assemble locally and finalise.
