From August 29 to 31, 2025, the Mollis airfield in Glarus will be transformed into the center of Switzerland's traditional sport: the Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival (ESAF) expects around 350,000 visitors.
NUSSLI Delivers Precision and Experience
The construction of the Glarnerland Arena took nine weeks and involved 300,000 individual parts and approximately 3,000 tons of material. This is the 23rd time NUSSLI has been responsible for the construction of the festival arena – a project of national importance and impressive dimensions.

Sustainability through Reuse
A large portion of the grandstand elements were already used at the ESAF 2022 in Pratteln. The modular design allows for resource-efficient implementation with maximum reusability – in keeping with the spirit of sustainable large-scale events.
