Arosa entices with a very special dining offer. In summer, guests enjoy their pre-ordered gourmet picnic basket from the Arosa restaurateurs on small rafts on Lake Obersee. NUSSLI designed and built the floating "restaurants" in 2020. The first platform was produced at NUSSLI's Hüttwillen site and tested on Lake Hüttwiller before others were launched onto the water in Arosa. The custom structures, cleverly conceived in the Corona Year 2020, managed to invite people to dine on the lake in 2021 as well.
