Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

We plan and build stages, grandstands, halls, pavilions, trade fair and exhibition structures. Your tasks

• Assuming economic and technical responsibility for the planning and realization of demanding construction projects

• Project management with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Ensuring and monitoring qualitative, economic and deadline targets

• Service-oriented and technically experienced contact person for the customer throughout all project phases

• Coordination with authorities and specialist engineers

• Technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services and negotiations with suppliers

• Active and professional management of an interdisciplinary project team

• Project development in close cooperation with the sales team

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable training

• Several years of professional experience in the project management of large-scale projects, ideally in commercial and industrial construction, as well as in the general contractor/general contractor sector

• High level of technical knowledge and sound knowledge of HOAI and VOB

• Solid knowledge in the areas of costing, planning, contracting and construction

• Highly deadline-, quality- and results-oriented

• Above-average communication skills and strong customer orientation

• Assertiveness as well as an independent and structured way of working with personal responsibility

• Willingness to travel

• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary project teams

• Winning personality with conceptual strengths
