Senior Project Manager - Fire Protection (m/f/d)

We plan and build stages, grandstands, halls, pavilions, trade fair and exhibition structures. Your tasks

• Assumption of economic and technical responsibility for the planning and realization of demanding construction projects with a focus on fire protection

• Project management with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Ensuring and monitoring qualitative, economic and deadline targets

• Service-oriented and technically experienced contact person for the customer and for our planner with a focus on fire protection

• Coordination with authorities and specialist engineers on the subject of fire protection

• Technical clarification of subcontractor services and negotiations with suppliers

• Active and professional collaboration in the project team

• Participation in project development in close cooperation with our sales department

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable training

• Sound knowledge in the areas of structural, plant engineering and organizational fire protection

• Professional experience in the implementation of large-scale projects, ideally venues for cultural and sports events

• High level of technical knowledge and sound knowledge of HOAI and VOB

• Highly deadline-, quality- and results-oriented

• Above-average communication skills and strong customer orientation

• Assertiveness as well as an independent and structured way of working with personal responsibility

• Willingness to travel

• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary project teams

• Winning personality with conceptual strengths
