Your tasks
Project management of demanding construction projects
Project management in a project team with a high degree of personal responsibility
Ensuring and monitoring qualitative, economic and deadline targets
Service-oriented and technically experienced contact person for the customer throughout all project phases
Coordination with authorities and specialist engineers
Technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services and negotiations with suppliers
Active and professional coordination of an interdisciplinary project team
Your profile
Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable training
Professional experience in construction or project management is an advantage
High level of technical knowledge and sound knowledge of HOAI and VOB
Solid knowledge in the areas of costing, planning and construction
Highly deadline-, quality- and results-oriented
Communicative and customer-oriented
Assertiveness as well as an independent and structured way of working with personal responsibility
Willingness to travel
Enjoy working in interdisciplinary project teams
Winning personality with conceptual strength
