We are looking for a project estimator
Join our project management team and help us prepare accurate cost estimates for trade show booths, interior fit-outs, and international event projects.
At NUSSLI, we design and build temporary structures and exhibition spaces around the world. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with technical details, materials, and project data.
Your responsibilities
Prepare project cost estimates at different stages – from initial calculations to final offers
Analyze costs of completed projects and use the data to improve future estimates
Create and update price lists for materials and products (furniture and interior elements)
Work closely with procurement, production and suppliers to obtain input data
Cooperate with the Sales team when preparing project quotations
Participate in project debriefings and analyze data for future projects
Plan and coordinate the capacity of estimation activities
Who we are looking for
Secondary or university education in a technical field (furniture production, construction, materials – an advantage)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (estimation, construction, manufacturing or project environment)
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and strong numerical skills
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Fluent English (German is an advantage)
A detail-oriented, systematic and independent personality who enjoys working with data and technical inputs
Experience with materials, logistics or furniture / construction installations is an advantage
