Your tasks
Qualified construction management of all TGA trades on site
Independent construction site organization
Monitoring quality, deadlines and costs
Control and review of the construction project in accordance with public law requirements
Participation in the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
Solving construction tasks
Qualified and customer-oriented client support
Billing of construction services
Documentation of the construction process
Support during the warranty period
Your profile
Successfully completed studies in energy and building technology, civil engineering or architecture, alternatively successfully completed training as a technician or master craftsman or comparable training
TGA-relevant training, further training and professional experience
Ideally professional experience in the construction management of turnkey projects
Knowledge of costing, VOB, execution planning and construction work
Confident handling of MS Office, tendering and scheduling programs
Above-average communication skills, independent and structured way of working and assertiveness
