Your tasks
Calculation of demanding GU/TU construction projects in building, temporary and special construction, as well as complex (partly international) construction projects
Assessment and review of tender documents
Development of competitive offers and service specifications
Preparation of technical solutions, special proposals and supplementary offers
Collaboration in the cost optimization of in-house projects in project development
Tendering and purchasing of subcontractor services
Conducting contract award negotiations
Order preparation and handover of the order calculation to the project management, documentation
Preparation of supplementary calculations during the project phase
Technical, strategic and costing coordination with project management
Structuring and further development of processes in costing, tender preparation and the purchase of subcontractor and supplier services
Development of a benchmark database for cost indications
Further development of sample service specifications and other text templates

Your qualifications
Successfully completed commercial or technical training or completed commercial or technical studies
Relevant professional experience in costing and purchasing in the construction industry
Knowledge of MS Office as well as accounting and calculation programs
Safe handling of the VOB
Good knowledge of contract and construction law
Excellent negotiating skills
Assertiveness, flexibility and initiative
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a structured and precise way of working
Interest in innovation and the introduction of new technologies and their implementation
Willingness to travel
