Architect / Planning Manager (m/f/d)

We plan and build stages, grandstands, halls, pavilions, trade fair and exhibition structures. In this way, we support the realization of spectacular projects all over the world - from individual smaller occasions to super events such as the Olympic Games and world exhibitions. Your tasks

• Defining and negotiating planning services with the aim of forming project-related planning teams

• Assuming economic, timely and technical responsibility for the planning of demanding construction projects

• Creation of construction-related planning schedules, coordination of performance targets in the team and ensuring implementation

• Checking the planning and coordinating the content within the planning team

• Service-oriented and technically experienced contact person for our planners throughout all project phases

• Coordination with authorities and experts

• Maintenance and development of our cloud-based data management system (Autodesk)

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable training

• Several years of professional experience in the project management of large-scale projects, ideally in commercial and industrial construction, as well as in the general contractor/general contractor sector

• High level of technical knowledge and sound knowledge of HOAI and VOB

• Solid knowledge in the areas of planning, contracting and construction

• Experience with BIM-based planning desirable

• Highly deadline-, quality- and results-oriented

• Above-average communication skills and strong customer orientation

• Assertiveness as well as an independent and structured way of working with personal responsibility

• Willingness to travel (on a daily basis)

• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary project teams

• Winning personality with conceptual strengths
