Formula 1 GP of Mexico

After 23 years, Mexico put itself back on the Formula 1 calendar with a completely new circuit and provided motor sports fans with a premiere-class Formula 1 race: The 4.85 km long racing circuit led straight through a stadium complex.

Nico Rosberg obtained his fourth victory of the season by finishing the Mexico Grand Prix ahead of his teammate Lewis Hamilton.

While the race drivers prepared themselves for the completely new racing circuit, the NUSSLI team was fully engaged with the assembly work at the racing grounds on the outskirts of Mexico City. As a part of a 5-year contract, NUSSLI augmented the existing event infrastructure by adding grandstand systems for a total of 18,805 seats and setting up spectator booths and VIP areas for around 4,540 fans. NUSSLI was fully responsible for realizing the project, was pivotal in developing the design concept, and took over the delivery, assembly, and dismantling of the event infrastructure during the project phase.
