Even though the dimensions were smaller than the regular Federal Wrestling and Alpine Festival (ESAF), an impressive arena with four grandstands and a total of 18,000 seats was built for the anniversary wrestling festival. The arena included four partially covered grandstands and just over 100 media seats. Construction work on the arena began on August 12th and was completed shortly before the event on September 6th. The construction was again carried out with the active support of around 70 army members. The anniversary wrestling festival was originally supposed to take place in 2020 to celebrate the 125th anniversary (1895 + 125 years). Despite the delay of three years, spectators were able to enjoy an impressive wrestling competition from our grandstands.
