In event planning, there is nothing more important for the success of complex major events than farsighted planning with a view to conserving resources. Capitalizing on its experience from an array of international projects, NUSSLI has developed modular, flexible and sustainable concepts to systematically avoid maintenance costs, operating costs and excess capacity once the major event is over.
In the overlay planning we conduct studies, develop concepts, verify feasibility, plan temporary and permanent buildings, prepare budgets, formulate time schedules, define specifications and arrange tender procedures.
Event planning - step by step to project success
- Concept phase: We prepare studies and closely define the project parameters with technical and functional specifications, establishing the basis for successful implementation. In the process, we develop solution strategies in conjunction with feasibility studies. Taking this approach prevents planning errors, identifies the technical possibilities and saves cost.
- Planning: NUSSLI develops overlay planning for the entire time-dependent infrastructure, including time scheduling and budgeting.
- Project planning: We prepare all the detailed planning steps from foot-flow volumes and evacuation concepts all the way to sight-line analyses, and compile the tender documentation.
- Implementation: In the construction phase, NUSSLI attends to the technical project management and monitors the implementation of planning specifications. Our portfolio also includes quality and schedule monitoring.
